About Trades Plus

We have 16+ years experience with recruiting and hiring people in all construction related trades, for commercial or industrial projects. We employee people in the following trades: HVAC/ Sheet Metal Installers, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, millwrights, pipefitters, welders, ironworkers,  painters, and laborers.  

 

I have completed the OSHA 500 Trainer Course in Construction to be designated as an OSHA authorized construction trainer able to conduct the 10 and 30 hour safety courses.

I’ve now worked for the 4 largest construction staffing companies in Cincinnati. Without a doubt the biggest difference is that the other places have different people to do each separate parts of the job, like sales, recruiting, payroll, etc. I wear all the hats and do all of those things myself.

 

I’m the only person doing this job locally who gets the order from the client, recruits and hires the person to fill that order, dispatches the employees, and processes the payroll. 

When clients order from me they know I’m handling it from beginning to end which makes a huge difference in the process.
